Q:	Can all of the signs be personalized?
A:	Yes!

Q:	Is there a length limit on personalization?
A:	No, unless noted otherwise in the item description. We will make the copy fit. If you want extra personalization beyond the permitted fields, simply e-mail us - we will provide you a quote to make your order perfect for you.

Q:	Do you offer free shipping?
A:	Yes! All domestic orders over $150 receive free shipping.

Q:	Do you price match?
A:	Yes! Simply e-mail us the link to the cheaper price and we will price-match, plus 10%!

Q:	Can I personalize my sign beyond the standard places?
A:	Yes. Generally you can only personalize the name; some signs also permit you to personalize an "est'd" date. If you wish to add further personalization, e-mail us and we will provide a quote. It is generally only $10 extra for a minor change; larger changes will incur larger charges. Please be aware that this will add production time.

Q:	Do the signs come ready to hang?
A:	Yes, all of the signs come ready to hang with all hardware included or a keyhole hanger on the back for easy door or wall mounting, and with the exception of the garden signs, are intended for interior use only.

Q:	Do you add punctuation, spell-check, or otherwise alter the personalization?
A:	No! Personalization spelling will appear exactly as stated on your purchase order. We do not automatically add punctuation and assume spelling is correct so please be sure that the way you spell and punctuate your personalization on your purchase order is how you want it to appear on the sign. Case, font, and colors are pre-determined depending on which item you purchase.

Q	Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the USA?
A:	Yes!

Q:	What forms of payments do you accept?
A:	We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa. You may also pay through Paypal. Our checkout system is guaranteed secure via SSL and no credit card information is retained or viewable by the Pub Sign Store.

Q:	When will I receive my signs?
A:	All of our items are made to order. As a general rule, the signs take approximately 10-14 business days in production from the time you submit your order to the time your order ships. The signs usually ship via UPS Ground and generally take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days for delivery. Often the items are completed and delivered earlier than this time table, but there is no guarantee. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Q:	The special event is coming up soon -- can you rush my order?
A:	Unfortunately no. Almost all of our sign orders are for gifts and nearly everyone asks if their order can be rushed. Because of this we do not offer rush service on the production time of our signs. In the event you need an immediate gift, we suggest that once you order the sign, you simply go back and print the page from the website and include it in a card.

Q:	Will I be charged sales tax?
A:	Only if the order is shipped to a Maryland address.

Q:	What is your return policy?
A:	Because each product at the Pub Sign Store is personalized, we can only accept returns for manufacturer error or defect. Personalized items that are personalized incorrectly and are not our fault cannot be returned. Personalized items that are personalized incorrectly and are our fault will be replaced at no charge. Customer must report damaged or defective merchandise within 45 days. We must again stress that the personalization will appear exactly as you have entered it; we assume spelling is correct and we do not automatically add punctuation. If you discover an error after you place an order please send us an e-mail as soon as possible. The correction will be made if the sign has not yet entered production.

Q:	How will the purchases appear on my credit card?
A:	The charges will be billed under "PAYPAL *PUBSIGNSTORE"

Q:	Can you tell me more about the quality and build of the signs?
A:	ALL SIGNS NOT BEGINNING WITH MODEL "CC" OR BEGINNING WITH "EXP-" These wood signs are MADE IN THE USA and based upon late 19th century designs when use of text oriented pub and trade signs were at their height. While the signs are brand new, they conform in shape and lettering style to that of old time signs. To complete the look, all of the signs are given a hand rubbed stain to "age" the sign appropriately. The larger signs, 18"x24" and up feature 1" hand kerfed, heavy poplar wood molding frame with hand painted gilded pin stripes. Kerfed is the art of cutting slits in the molding to establish an arched shape. The sign portion is made of 1/2" MDF wood with silk screened verbiage, gilded three dimensional bas relief of resin, hand rubbed stain. The name boards that come with these size signs also feature the same 1" heavy poplar wood molding with hand pin striping. The tombstone shaped, large ovals, dartboard backings and framed crescent signs feature steam bent poplar wood moldings with hand painted frames and pin stripping. The basic copy is screen printed, the personalized copy is produced in vinyl and the accents are added by hand. They are then hand-stained and a three dimensional bas relief is added (as applies). ALL SIGNS WITH MODEL NUMBERS BEGINNING WITH "CC" These signs are thinner and made of laminated wood with a high gloss finish. They are computer generated and come with an attachable hanger.
