All of our items are made to order. As a general rule, the signs take approximately 10 to 14 business days in production from the time you submit your order to the time your order ships. Signs shipped via ground generally take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days for delivery. Upgrading shipping will only shorten the ship time, not the production time.
Almost all of our sign orders are for gifts and nearly everyone asks if their order can be rushed. Because of this we do not offer rush service on the production time of our signs. In the event you need an immediate gift, we suggest that once you order the sign, you simply go back and print the page from the website and include it in a card.
Shipping varies depending on the size and weight of your order. Simply add the products you are interested in into your basket and follow the checkout process. The shipping will be calculated and displayed before your credit card information is requested.
RETURNS
Because each product at the Pub Sign Store is personalized, we can only accept returns for manufacturer error or defect. Personalized items that are personalized incorrectly and are not our fault cannot be returned. Personalized items that are personalized incorrectly and are our fault will be replaced at no charge. Customer must report damaged or defective merchandise within 30 days.
We must again stress that
the
personalization will appear exactly as you have entered it; we assume spelling
is correct and we do not automatically add punctuation. If you discover an error
after you place an order please send us an e-mail as soon as possible. The
correction will be made if the sign has not yet entered
production.
